1. How to clean your Bombus wrap?
Wash it in cold water with mild detergent if required.Rinse and hang them to dry. Do not use hot water, microwave, or dishwasher to clean the wraps.
2. What not to do with your Bombus wrap?
- Do not microwave.
- Do not use in dishwasher.
- Do not wrap raw meat.
- Do not wash with hot water or wrap hot items in it.
3. Does my food get any additional smell or taste?
No, the repeated trials to bring the perfect consistency to the Bombus wraps make sure that the food being wrapped gets no additional smell or taste absorbed from the wraps.
4. How long do they last?
With proper usage and care, a set of wraps can easily last you up to a year.
5. Do you use any plastic?
No, Bombus wraps are 100% organic made out of cotton, pine resins, jojoba oil, and beeswax.
We are committed to a plastic-free planet and refrain from using any plastic even in the packaging of Bombus wraps.
6. Shipping & Returns
We provide delivery all over India with a shipping time of 5-7 working days.
- Shipping in India charged at Rs.70
- Shipping abroad? Ask for a quote!
- Complaints and replacements addressed within 7 days in case of any product damage.
- Since the product is in contact with food and partially perishable , it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Once received, the new shipment is dispatched within 3-5 days.
